Assabet Valley

Students from IN-DISTRICT towns (Berlin, Hudson, Marlborough, Maynard, Northborough, Southborough and Westborough,) may apply online OR with a completed and signed paper application.

 

Students from our OUT-OF-DISTRICT towns (currently Boylston, Clinton, Leicester, Shrewsbury, and Sudbury) should apply online OR with a completed and signed paper application. ADDITIONALLY, out-of-district students should download the Chapter 74 form, fill it out, and mail it to the Admissions office at Assabet Valley. This is required for both online applications and paper applications.
