If you are new to the Epicurean Room, hello and welcome! This is Assabet Valley’s very own student-operated dining room, restaurant kitchen, and full-service bakery.
Our students get to be involved in the preparation, execution, and critical thinking required to make a restaurant run!

Tables can be reserved from 11:00am - 12:15pm.
The dining room closes to the public at 1:00pm
